Oversized and freight pieces: 4–8 weeks, delivered curbside with the carrier calling ahead to schedule. Inspect the piece before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt.
Our pieces are made to order by our production partners, which is why the window is what it is. We'd rather quote you honestly than miss a date. Need it by a specific date? Email us before you order and we'll tell you plainly whether it's achievable.
Return policy
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email support@gallero.shop for approval before sending anything back. If it arrives damaged, photograph it and tell us within 3 days — we replace it at no cost to you.
Built for dining rooms, entryways and bedrooms, the Helio Crystal Pendant is made around faceted cut crystal. A crown of clear crystal in a polished gold frame. The Helio is inspired by the sun, and it throws a bright, welcoming glow over a table or entry. It measures 5.9″W × 5.9″H.
What makes it work: Crystal crown — light refracts in every direction. Polished gold — warm and rich. Adjustable — the cord goes up to 60″ and it dims. Materials are crystal. It's compact at 5.9″ but bold in presence. Hang one alone or several together.
Light comes from G9 LED bulbs (included). It dims with a compatible dimmer, so you can take it from task-bright to low and warm. Installation is hardwired pendant mount and it runs on 110–240V. We recommend a licensed electrician for hardwired installation. It works in dining rooms, entryways and bedrooms. Pair it with warm-white bulbs for the softest, most flattering light in dining rooms.
