What you receive
- 15% off every order, with no minimum and no expiry.
- Complimentary finish samples. We will mail marble, travertine, alabaster and timber swatches so you can present real materials to your client.
- A dedicated point of contact. One person who knows your projects, reachable directly rather than through a general queue.
- Priority production. Trade orders are placed at the front of the next production run.
- Specification support. Dimensioned drawings, finish and material details, weight and mounting requirements, and bulb specifications on request.
- Multi-unit quoting. For projects requiring quantity — a hospitality run, a multi-unit development, a whole-home specification — we will quote beyond the standard trade rate.
Who qualifies
The program is open to practising interior designers and decorators, architects, property stagers, general contractors and renovation firms, hospitality and commercial buyers, and furniture and lighting retailers purchasing for resale.
We ask for one of the following: a business license or registration, a resale or tax-exempt certificate, a business website or portfolio, or a professional membership such as ASID, IIDA, NKBA or AIA.

- Your name and business name
- Your business address and website
- The type of work you do and the kind of projects you specify for
- One of the qualifying documents listed above
We review applications within two business days. Once approved you will receive your trade code and your dedicated contact.
Program terms
- The trade discount applies to the products themselves and cannot be combined with other promotional codes or site-wide offers.
- Trade pricing is for your business and your clients' projects. It is not transferable.
- Trade orders follow our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Quantity and made-to-order runs may carry their own lead times and terms, which we will confirm in writing before you commit.
- We may ask you to re-verify your credentials periodically.
