We make every effort to display our products and their colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Natural stone fixtures — marble, travertine, alabaster and onyx — vary in veining and tone from piece to piece. This variation is a property of the material, not a defect.

Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, and to correct errors in pricing or product information, including after an order has been submitted. If we cancel an order for this reason we will notify you and refund you in full.

4. Installation and safety

Our fixtures are lighting products intended for indoor residential use unless otherwise stated on the product page. Hardwired fixtures must be installed by a qualified, licensed electrician in accordance with local electrical codes. We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, use of incorrect bulbs or voltage, or installation in an environment the fixture was not designed for. Always confirm ceiling load capacity before installing a heavy fixture.

5. Orders and payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payment is processed by our payment provider at the time of order.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GALLERO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
