Oversized and freight pieces: 4–8 weeks, delivered curbside with the carrier calling ahead to schedule. Inspect the piece before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt.
Our pieces are made to order by our production partners, which is why the window is what it is. We'd rather quote you honestly than miss a date. Need it by a specific date? Email us before you order and we'll tell you plainly whether it's achievable.
Return policy
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email support@gallero.shop for approval before sending anything back. If it arrives damaged, photograph it and tell us within 3 days — we replace it at no cost to you.
A single glass pendant, and one is rarely enough. The Coppa is built to hang in a run — two or three over a kitchen island, one beside a bed, a staggered cluster down a stairwell. Work out how many the space needs before you check out, not after.
One size, H30cm (11.8″). That's compact, so it stays clear of sightlines over a counter and doesn't crowd a small room. Over a kitchen island, space them evenly along the length rather than centring one and hoping the ends look lit. Even spacing is what sells it.
Cold white is the working choice over a prep surface where you need to see what you're cutting. Warm white is for the seating end of an island, a bedside, or a hallway. Mixing the two across one kitchen is fine if the zones are genuinely separate.
