30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email support@gallero.shop for approval before sending anything back. If it arrives damaged, photograph it and tell us within 3 days — we replace it at no cost to you.
Glass birds strung along a horizontal line. The Volo is a long linear chandelier with an actual subject, which is rare — nearly everything this shape is abstract. It hangs over a dining table or a kitchen island, and it's the piece guests will ask about before they sit down.
Lengths run L125cm (49.2″), L150cm (59.1″), L180cm (70.9″) and L200cm (6.6ft), plus a matching wall lamp and a customised sample option. Aim for roughly two-thirds of your table length. At L200cm you need a table that genuinely carries it, not one you're stretching.
Cold white keeps the glass crisp and makes the shapes read hard against the ceiling. Warm white softens everything and is the better bet over a table people eat at. If you're ordering the wall lamp alongside, match the temperature or the pairing looks accidental.
