Oversized and freight pieces: 4–8 weeks, delivered curbside with the carrier calling ahead to schedule. Inspect the piece before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt.

Return policy
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email support@gallero.shop for approval before sending anything back. If it arrives damaged, photograph it and tell us within 3 days — we replace it at no cost to you.
Twenty 3D panels in a box, sold as a set. The Tessuto is for covering a wall rather than decorating one — a feature wall behind a bed, a TV wall, a hallway run. Each panel is 30×30cm (11.8″×11.8″) and a set of 20 covers 1.8m² (19.4 sq ft), so measure your wall, divide, and buy one set more than the number you land on.
Four patterns, each in black or white. Shard is the boldest — a few large angular planes that throw hard shadows. Facet breaks the same idea into smaller triangles, busier and finer from close up. Wave is a deep sculpted ripple that reads almost like fabric. Ripple is the quietest, soft even horizontal waves. Two further options ship with mounting tape included: four rolls, roughly a metre per panel.
Black reads dramatic and absorbs light, so it needs a room with decent windows or good lamps to not go flat. White is the safer choice and works as texture rather than colour — it catches shadow from whatever light is already there, which is usually the whole point. Plan the layout from the centre of the wall outward and cut at the edges rather than starting in a corner.
