Processing: 2–5 business days. Standard delivery: 7–20 business days after processing.
Oversized and freight pieces: 4–8 weeks, delivered curbside with the carrier calling ahead to schedule. Inspect the piece before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt.
Our pieces are made to order by our production partners, which is why the window is what it is. We'd rather quote you honestly than miss a date. Need it by a specific date? Email us before you order and we'll tell you plainly whether it's achievable.
Return policy
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email support@gallero.shop for approval before sending anything back. If it arrives damaged, photograph it and tell us within 3 days — we replace it at no cost to you.

Round runs 45cm (17.7″) to 100cm (39.4″). Long runs 100cm (39.4″) to 180cm (70.9″). Round suits an entry, a bedroom or a landing; long is cut for a dining table or an island. The 180cm needs a table genuinely long enough to sit beneath it.
Silver or gold across the whole range. Four light settings, including a three-way changeable option — that's the one to pick if this is going in several rooms, because you can tune each fixture to its space instead of committing the house to one temperature.
