Shipping & delivery
Free shipping on every order within the United States. No minimum, no freight surcharge, no duties at your door.
Processing: 2–5 business days. Standard delivery: 7–20 business days after processing.
Oversized and freight pieces: 4–8 weeks, delivered curbside with the carrier calling ahead to schedule. Inspect the piece before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt.
Our pieces are made to order by our production partners, which is why the window is what it is. We'd rather quote you honestly than miss a date. Need it by a specific date? Email us before you order and we'll tell you plainly whether it's achievable.
Return policy
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email support@gallero.shop for approval before sending anything back. If it arrives damaged, photograph it and tell us within 3 days — we replace it at no cost to you.
An acrylic ceiling light with a layered petal face. The Petalo is a compact flush fixture — the one for a hallway, a bathroom, a landing or a small bedroom, where the job is even light with no drop rather than making any kind of statement.
Three diameters: 35cm (13.8″), 45cm (17.7″) and 55cm (21.7″). The 35 suits a hallway or a small bathroom. The 55 handles a bedroom or a modest living room. If it's the only fixture in the room, size up. If there are lamps too, the smaller one is enough.
Two light options. Dimmable with remote is the flexible one and worth having in a bedroom where you want the level low at night. Tricolour switches tone but not brightness. For a hallway or a utility room, tricolour is plenty and there's no remote to lose.
