Oversized and freight pieces: 4–8 weeks, delivered curbside with the carrier calling ahead to schedule. Inspect the piece before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt.
Our pieces are made to order by our production partners, which is why the window is what it is. We'd rather quote you honestly than miss a date. Need it by a specific date? Email us before you order and we'll tell you plainly whether it's achievable.
Return policy
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email support@gallero.shop for approval before sending anything back. If it arrives damaged, photograph it and tell us within 3 days — we replace it at no cost to you.
A linear chandelier built from hanging glass drops. The Grappolo runs long and shallow, which is exactly what a dining table or a kitchen island wants — light spread down the length of the surface instead of one bright pool in the middle. It looks best seen from below and from beside.
Five lengths, from L100×W40×H50cm (39.4″×15.7″×19.7″) up to L200×W60×H65cm (78.7″×23.6″×25.6″). The usual rule: pick a fixture around two-thirds the length of your table. A 200cm (78.7″) dining room chandelier hung over a 150cm table swallows the table whole. Measure the table rather than the room, and size down if you're between two options.
Two finishes. Copper natural colour is warmer and slightly aged, good with wood and older rooms. Titanium gold is cleaner and pushes the piece modern. Cold white makes the glass sparkle harder; warm white softens it into something you actually want to sit and eat under.
