Oversized and freight pieces: 4–8 weeks, delivered curbside with the carrier calling ahead to schedule. Inspect the piece before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt.

Return policy
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email support@gallero.shop for approval before sending anything back. If it arrives damaged, photograph it and tell us within 3 days — we replace it at no cost to you.
A crystal ring chandelier you stack. The Corona starts at a single ring and scales to eleven, which takes it from a modest ceiling light to a full-height column for a stairwell. Same design throughout — a completely different piece depending on the number you choose.
Seven configurations: 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9 or 11 rings. One to four suits a standard room. Seven and up wants a stairwell or a double-height space, because a tall stack in a normal room hangs straight into head height. Measure your available drop first.
Gold or silver lamp body. Gold reads warmer and more traditional; silver stays cool and modern against white. On light, dimmable with remote is the one worth having on a multi-ring stack — you rarely want every ring at full output simultaneously. Cold and warm white are the fixed alternatives.
